Happy Easter!

Easter day started with goodies from the Easter Bunny and only got better from there!  Well, other than the fact that we got all dressed up for Easter Mass and then missed it.  The mass times at our church didn't work well with the babies' feeding schedules on Sunday so we decided to head to a different church not too far from our house.  Well, we got out the door late and got there too late to find a place for all of us to sit.  Standing wasn't going to work with the babies.  So we then headed to a different church, but realized that we had our mass times wrong for that church.  By that time, we had been driving around for 30 minutes and didn't have time to wait for the next mass so we had a quick brunch at Jimmie's Egg and went home.  Our intentions were good.  At least we got to spend Easter with one another though.

The weather was beautiful so after a fun photo shoot with Emery and Oliver, we headed out to Sedgwick County Park and spent the afternoon feeding geese, strolling, and playing on the playground.

It truly was a great day, and it was extra special to have my parents here to spend it with us!

Kaleb has a matching neck tie and was supposed to be in this photo shoot, but he refused to participate.  The Easter Bunny gave him a cool new Jake camera, and he was quite busy playing photographer.

After the babies were undressed he decided we needed pictures of him in his tie.
